All clients incur an onboarding charge of £500 to cover our costs, including the services of our wonderful compliance team, who run background checks to ensure you’re within the risk scope of our business and certify any necessary documents to bring you up to date.
If you plan to use a system, the setup of that system is charged at a cost of £250, and onboarding of any historical data will be charged depending on its complexity and quantity. It is your responsibility, unless otherwise agreed, to maintain the operational functions within that system, such as billing, your client data, and your invoices data. Any disbursements incurred by Technical Specialist Partners Limited in relation to your systems or relevant filings will be recharged.
Systems

Many of our clients are subscribed to us for the use of Xero, which has varying pricing models. Using our corporate account, we’ll be able to work with you to collaboratively maintain your ledgers, integrate bank feeds, and set up your invoicing. This is our preferred accounting software for sole traders and small businesses. Please contact us for pricing information.

Many of our clients use QuickBooks, which we assist with maintaining, reviewing and producing management and submission information from.
We work across many different systems with our clients including VT, Acumen, LemonEdge, Investran, eFront, ViewPoint, Paxus, NavOne, Aderant Expert, Sage. We also have coding and automation knowledge to help you get the most out of the systems that you’re using and optimise reporting.
